Return Eligibility & Time Window
We support a flexible and customer-friendly return service, allowing all customers to apply for returns within a 60-day window from the date of order delivery. All unused, unwashed, undamaged products with intact original packaging and accessories are eligible for return applications. Products that do not affect secondary sales can be returned for quality inspection and subsequent refund processing.
Valid Return Scenarios
Customers may apply for returns for multiple reasonable reasons, including but not limited to product size mismatch, style dissatisfaction, personal preference adjustment, product quality defects, transportation damage, and order errors. We respect every customer’s shopping experience and provide standardized return processing for all legitimate return requests.
Refund Processing Cycle
After we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm compliance with return standards, we will initiate the official refund procedure immediately. The full refund amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time of the refund shall be subject to the processing rules and settlement cycle of your official payment platform or bank institution.
Return & Refund Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for products that are worn, washed, artificially damaged, lack original packaging, or are damaged due to personal improper use after delivery. Customized special products and clearance discounted products that are clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return applications. We reserve the right of final judgment on the validity of return applications.
Return Operation Guidelines
All return applications need to be initiated through the official customer service channel on the website’s Contact page. Please follow the official prompts to submit return information, obtain the official return address, and complete return delivery. Unofficial return deliveries without system registration will not be included in the refund processing scope.
